Andy Lucht is an insurance and transportation executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning trucking operations, finance, and insurance. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls in 2004 with a degree in Finance.
From 2006 to 2021, Andy held key leadership roles, including Controller, CFO, and part owner, across multiple trucking related businesses within the same family of companies, most notably Lone Mountain Truck Leasing and 10 Roads Express. He was instrumental in the growth of both organizations, including helping launch Lone Mountain as a startup and supporting its rapid expansion. He also helped played a key role in leading and integrating multiple successful acquisitions at 10 Roads Express.
During this time, he played a central role in scaling operations, building teams, and developing systems and processes across all departments. He also led insurance related functions, giving him a practical, operator-focused perspective on risk management.
In 2021, Andy transitioned to Ten Four Truck Insurance, where he now serves as CEO. In this role, he focuses on growing the company’s presence in the small to mid-sized fleet market, while continuing to build high-performing teams and implement disciplined strategy, systems, and operational processes.
