He worked both sides of the desk throughout his career — structuring accounts alongside underwriters, navigating appetite, and finding paths to ‘yes’. Our agency partners get a teammate who can help them grow and a straight shooter who’ll tell them what underwriters actually need to see.

Off the clock, Will is a dad of four, a former college baseball player, and has spent the last decade coaching high school hitters in Nebraska. Same approach at work: team-first, results-focused, accountable.
