Rico Prestia is a trucking and insurance operations executive with 12 years of experience spanning trucking operations, fleet management, and insurance. After graduating from Olivet Nazarene University, he started his career in the transportation industry at the freight brokerage, Coyote Logistics.

From 2016 to 2026, Rico held key leadership roles in trucking operations, most recently as Chief Operating Officer at 10 Roads Express. In this role, he managed more than 4,500 drivers and thousands of trucks across 36 terminals nationwide, overseeing safety and compliance programs alongside the daily decisions that keep a fleet running amid driver shortages.

In 2026, Rico joined Ten Four Truck Insurance, where he now serves as Senior Vice President of Sales. He leads sales efforts with fleet owners, bringing a fleet operator’s perspective to building insurance programs that fit how they actually operate. Having sat in the fleet owner’s seat himself, weighing coverage options, managing costs, and relying on an insurance partner when it counted, Rico brings firsthand insight into how those decisions affect operations and the bottom line.
