I grew up in the trucking world, and ever since my teenage years, I’ve worked in it in one way or another. From large carriers to small family-run operations, and even starting a company with my father, I’ve done just about everything you can do in a trucking business. That hands-on experience formed my knowledge of the industry and gives me a unique perspective when it comes to safety.

My first real introduction to transportation safety came during a trial-by-fire moment when the company I worked for received a conditional rating. I had to learn fast how to turn things around, and I did. That experience opened my eyes to how many other carriers were struggling with the same challenges. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping trucking companies, insurers, and safety tech providers understand and improve their safety and compliance performance.

Helping carriers understand safety and navigate the complex regulatory landscape is a true passion of mine. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching safety scores drop (that’s good, by the way!) and seeing companies thrive as a result of running safe, compliant operations.
